They are an excellent communicator, able to engage with diverse stakeholders, from lab technicians to hospital administrators, and have a proven ability to train and educate users on products. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, is self-motivated, and demonstrates a strong bias for action and problem-solving skills. Certifications such as MLS(ASCP), CLS, or MLT, and familiarity with regulatory standards (like CLIA or CAP) are valuable pluses.

    • Address and resolve technical inquiries and issues raised by customers, escalating more complex issues to product development or technical support teams as needed.
  • Sales Enablement & Business Development:
    • Work in partnership with the sales team to identify potential customers, support product evaluations, and drive sales conversions.
    • Help prepare and deliver technical presentations, scientific literature, and marketing collateral tailored to specific customer needs.
    • Act as a liaison between customers and product development, marketing, and product management to ensure customer feedback influences product development.
  • Training & Education:
    • Design and lead customer and distributor sales training sessions on the technical use and application of our products.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, standards, and competitor products to provide strategic guidance and recommendations.
    • Create technical content for internal and external knowledge bases, such as training guides, best practice manuals, and application notes.
  • Market Insights & Reporting:
    • Provide technical insights and voice-of-the-customer (VOC) feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
    • Track and analyze product usage data and customer feedback to recommend product enhancements.
    • Support trade shows, conferences, and workshops as a technical expert and company representative.
Preferred Experience:
  • Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP), Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
  • Experience working in a US hospital core or STAT lab is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with clinical regulatory compliance (e.g., CLIA, CAP, FDA)
