Your Mission

As a Territory Account Manager, you will play a critical role in Making People Safer, Healthier, and More Productive - selling the products that help healthcare professionals deliver accurate results and save lives. This role will drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships across the high-potential Midsouth region.

What You’ll Do

This field-based role will manage key hospital labs, reference labs, and IDNs, while also collaborating with distribution partners to expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets. This role is essential for expanding market coverage, driving new business, and supporting the execution of strategic growth initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Territory & Account Management

  • Manage commercial activities across Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Western Tennessee
  • Maintain and grow relationships with hospitals, reference labs, IDNs, and key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with corporate sales goals

Distributor Engagement

  • Collaborate with distributor partners through joint field visits and co-selling efforts
  • Provide training, support, and planning to enhance channel effectiveness

New Business Development

  • Identify and close new sales opportunities within the assigned geography
  • Conduct product demonstrations and value-based selling for instrumentation

Sales Execution & Forecasting

  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track performance, and ensure accurate pipeline forecasting
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 2–5 years of capital or diagnostic equipment sales experience, preferably in hospital or laboratory settings
  • Based in Texas with ability and willingness to travel 50–70% across the Midsouth region
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and territory growth
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Strong communication, time management, and self-motivation skills
  • Alternate education and experience will be considered based on the individual

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with laboratory centrifuges or other diagnostic instruments
  • Understanding of hospital lab, IDN, and reference lab sales processes
  • Familiarity with distribution channel sales models
